The host agrees to provide parking for all members of the band including covering all parking fees at private and public parking lots. The host agrees to provide adequate electrical, lighting, ventilation at performance location on the property. The host agrees to provide complimentary meals and beverages at events that feature food and drink for guests. No song or music genre requests will be considered or accepted by guests or hosts during the performance. The band takes a 10 minute break every 50 minutes for events requiring two hours or more of performance.

After decades of leading numerous jazz fusion bands, James Morgan’s decision to launch his “West Coast Contemporary Jazz” sound under the Ghost Jazz Trio brand, has been a spectacular success, including four 'Best Jazz Album of the Year' nominations. Morgan briefly upgraded from a trio to a funky, hard-poppin’ quintet for his full-length ten-song album, GROOVIN’ SMOOTH. The album showcases Moragn's infectious, rhythm-centric fluid style, on his hollow body Pat Metheny jazz guitar, along with his prolific song writingand producer abilities. Everything on the album is enhanced of course, by the skillful and adventurous ensemble of carefully selected seasoned musicians, featuring legendary guitarist (album co-writer, arranger and producer) Dean Brown (Billy Cobham, Marcus Allen, David Sanborn), bassist Nathan Brown (Bob James, Eric Marienthal, Brian Simpson), San Diego keyboardist Chase Pado and holding down the groove is San Diego's Tres Hodgens on drums. The album is engineered, edited, mastered and recorded by Grammy winner Alan Sanderson (Elton John, Michael Jackson, Rolling Stones) at his Pacific Beat Recording Studio in San Diego CA.
