Booking Terms
The host agrees to provide parking for all members of the band (four spots) including covering all parking fees at private and public parking lots. The host agrees to provide adequate electrical, lighting, ventilation at performance location on the property. The host agrees to provide complimentary meals and beverages at events that feature food and drink for guests. No song or music genre requests will be considered or accepted by guests or hosts during the performance. The band takes a 10 minute break every 50 minutes for events requiring two hours or more of performance.

Aggregated insurance is available upon request for properties requiring insurance coverage for a $64.00 processing fee.

Following decades of leading acclaimed jazz fusion projects, guitarist and composer James Morgan launched his signature "West Coast Contemporary Jazz" sound under the Ghost Jazz Trio brand—a move that has earned four nominations in four consecutive years for Best Jazz Album of the Year.
For his 2023 release Groovin’ Smooth, Morgan expanded the trio into a dynamic, hard-grooving quintet, delivering a ten-track album that’s rich with rhythm, energy, and style. James Morgan has launched a new brand in 2025, under the name James Morgan Jazz. The James Morgan Jazz band has released their first two singles, “Live Love” and “Frequency of Love” in 2025 featuring Morgan's fluid, deeply heartfelt lead guitar melodies and intricate solos over virtuoso keyboard work by Chase Pado, on top of solid rhythm grooves, by bassist Nathan Brown and drummer Tres Hodgens. Their highly anticipated third single, “Wes Coast Smooth” releases on JMJ Records, 01/30/2026.
